Her experience has developed through global pharma contracts with an emphasis on indemnification and Intellectual property. With decades focused on contracts, Kathleen project managed and oversaw the development of task such as: creating budgets vs actual, spend history, research future supplier needs, created new SOP, new policy and procedures. She developed contract templates, checklist, proposals, reports, process, with expert record keeping and documentation. |
